BGaming hosts second True Ways online conference

Rapidly expanding content provider presents an afternoon of insightful discussions around content overload.

Popular iGaming content provider BGaming has completed the second edition of its True Ways online conference. The event took place on July 15th and saw hundreds of industry professionals attend to discuss the problem of content overload.

True Ways was launched by BGaming to invite industry experts to share their honest, unfiltered opinions on the issues facing the iGaming industry. Following the success of its inaugural edition in 2025, BGaming decided to establish True Ways as an annual online conference, reinforcing its commitment to driving meaningful conversations across the iGaming industry.

This year’s online conference built on the success of its inaugural edition, attracting over 450 registrations from across the iGaming ecosystem, including game providers, casino operators, affiliates, platforms, aggregators, and other industry representatives. More than 50% of attendees were senior decision-makers, including C-level executives, founders, department heads, and other experienced professionals, reflecting True Ways’ position as a conference for industry experts and key decision-makers.

The event’s topic was ‘Content Overload in iGaming: Who Wins the Player’s Attention?’, with speakers exploring the challenge of an increasingly saturated market in which games, campaigns, collaborations, and marketing compete for player engagement, as well as how to stand out in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.

The online conference also saw exceptional audience engagement, with nearly 100 questions submitted to speakers before and during the event, more than three times the number received at the inaugural edition.

True Ways consisted of six expert sessions, each lasting up to 20 minutes. The online conference was opened by BGaming Ceo Marina Ostrovtsova alongside Surya Palli, creator of iGaming Real Talk, who served as the event’s host. The speaker lineup also included Carl Wiggman, Ceo at Print Studios; Caelum Ferrarese, Casino Product Specialist at Stake; BGaming’s own Product Owner, Igor Bondarenko; Leonardo Benites, Ceo at Propane; Mike Danshin, Cmo at 1w Crypto, and Gretta Kockonan, Head of Operations at SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator.

A recurring theme in the sessions was that quality is much more important than quantity when it comes to content. This was particularly well demonstrated by Gretta from SOFTSWISS,who noted that around 5% of 40,000 titles drive 80% of player activity, arguing that size is no longer the key to success. Building on this point, Igor Bondarenko from BGaming urged studios to think more critically about their portfolio output and the risks of releasing repetitive, average titles.

The sessions also explored how attention is won beyond the products themselves. Propane’s Leonardo Benites looked at how successful brands integrate into Brazilian communities and other ecosystems, while Caelum Ferrarese from Stake argued that providers willing to adapt to market demands are the most likely to succeed in the long run.

Carl Wiggman from Print Studios, meanwhile, explored the differences between how operators and players experience games, noting that, for players, games are often a more collective lobby experience, whereas studios view them individually. Mike Danshin from 1w Crypto noted that the battle is no longer for market share, but for one of the three games a player opens during a typical mobile session.

All sessions from the second True Ways are available on demand to registered participants on demand on the conference website, ensuring those unable to attend live can still access the full programme. Registration also remains open for anyone looking to access the recordings.

Marina Ostrovtsova, Ceo at BGaming, said: “We are proud to have completed our second True Ways, and the response and feedback from the industry have been even stronger than we expected. Over its two events, True Ways has shown there is a desire for challenging conversations and honest talk within the industry, and it has been amazing to see everyone come together to share their experience and offer real, actionable advice. Content overload has proven to be a hot topic, and the insights from our speakers have left attendees with plenty of food for thought as they consider their own content strategies. The success of this edition has also shown that this is a concept with significant long-term potential, and I am excited to confirm that True Ways will be returning for a third edition in November.”
