SBC Summit, Here are the Dates for the Lisbon Event for 2026 and 2027

Dates already set for the SBC Summit in Lisbon, 2026 and 2027 editions, commentary from Rasmus Sojmark.

SBC Events confirms the 2026 dates and announces those for 2027 for its flagship event, the SBC Summit, which recently brought together 30,000 industry professionals in Lisbon.
The global event will return to the Feira Internacional de Lisboa and the MEO Arena from September 29 to October 1, 2026 and from September 21 to 23, 2027.
After confirming these dates in 2023, SBC, according to a statement, continues to lead the industry with consistency, ensuring predictable planning and reducing bottlenecks.

“Clarity and predictability, at least regarding dates, are fundamental. Our partners deserve to plan ahead without uncertainties,” states Rasmus Sojmark, CEO and founder of SBC. “By setting dates well in advance, we have ensured everyone can organize their year efficiently and have contributed to a well-balanced industry event calendar”.
Since 2015, SBC has hosted its main trade show and conference in September and has established itself as the industry’s leading gathering after the European summer break. It offers the perfect window for sales and strategic planning for the year ahead.
“Our dates for 2026 are slightly postponed from usual to avoid overlaps with major Jewish religious holidays taking place in mid-September 2026, but will return to the usual schedule from 2027 onwards.”

The move from Barcelona to Lisbon marked a turning point for the event. Rebranded as SBC Summit to reflect its global vision, it has since recorded exponential growth and recognition throughout the industry. Its reputation as the fastest-growing event in the sector is supported by the numbers: the 2025 edition attracted 76.6 percent new attendees and 57.5 percent new companies, confirming its role as a key date in the global gaming calendar.
“Our goal has always been to serve the industry, not compete with it,” adds Sojmark. “Consistency in scheduling reflects this mindset. When organizers align on a clear and predictable calendar, everyone benefits, from exhibitors and sponsors to delegates who can make the most of every event they wish to attend.”Set to welcome 35,000 professionals from the betting, gaming, payments, marketing and technology sectors, the 2026 edition promises to raise the bar once again. “The Greatest Show in Gaming has much in store. Stay tuned,” concludes Sojmark.
