Leading European gaming associations to gather at the Gaming Industry Gala Dinner

The third edition of the Gaming Industry Gala Dinner will take place on 25 November 2025 at Hyatt Regency Sofia and is expected to be the largest so far.

The Gaming Industry Gala Dinner is organized by Aoggab in partnership with the European Gaming and Amusement Federation (Euromat) – a strategic collaboration that positions the format at a European level.

Under the motto “Together in Europe”, the gala will bring together leaders from the sector, international associations, companies, and industry experts, with a focus on professional cooperation, responsible practices, and a shared vision for the future of the industry. Those wishing to attend can already register at: www.sohidb.bg/galadinner.

FROM TRADITION TO EUROPEAN PRESENCE. In just two years, the gala has established itself as one of the leading events for the gaming sector in the region. Following the debut edition in 2023, which laid the foundation of the tradition, and the “Balkan Connection” edition in 2024, which expanded the event’s reach, the 2025 edition marks a key step towards international development.

“The third edition of the gala dinner goes beyond national and regional boundaries. It represents a step towards common standards, shared goals, and a European identity for the industry,” said Stelian Dimitrov, pr of Aoggab and founder of the event.

After Euromat president Jason Frost attended as a special guest in 2024, this year the federation becomes an official partner of the event. Representatives of gaming associations from Euromat’s network – including England, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Romania and Serbia – are expected to join the official programme and ceremony.

“GOLDEN SPADE’S” – A SYMBOL OF PRESTIGE. The “Golden Spade’s” Awards are the heart of the evening. They are regarded as some of the most prestigious recognitions in the gaming business, and awarded companies and individuals use them as a tool for international positioning. In 2025, the award categories will be expanded to cover a broader range of achievements in the gaming sector. For the third consecutive year, a Special Award for Individual Contribution to the Industry will also be presented.

The Gaming Industry Gala Dinner continues its consistent socially responsible mission. Once again, 20% of the value of each ticket will be donated to gambling addiction prevention, with the initiative already receiving support not only from expert organizations but also from public institutions.

This year’s edition will enhance the gala with artistic and cultural elements that reflect the spirit of Europe. The programme will include exclusive musical and stage performances, while the culinary menu will combine influences from various European cuisines.
