SOFTSWISS gives a positive account of its participation at the SBC Summit in Lisbon.
SOFTSWISS, a global technology provider with over 15 years of experience, wrapped up a successful week at the SBC Summit Lisbon 2025, combining standout thought leadership with interactive networking at the Estoril track. The agenda featured a fireside chat on the Super Stage with founder Ivan Montik and Rubens Barrichello, a non-executive director at SOFTSWISS, as well as a joint activity with SBC that engaged delegates throughout the event.
At one of the industry’s largest gatherings, SOFTSWISS put practical vision and community engagement front and center. On the Super Stage, Ivan Montik, founder of SOFTSWISS, joined Rubens Barrichello to discuss “Excellence Under Pressure: Evolving in a Fast-Changing Space,” exploring how teams balance speed, reliability, and regulation. Off stage, SOFTSWISS and SBC co-organised a remote-control race on a life-size Estoril circuit, with an intro session featuring Rasmus Sojmark, CEO and founder of SBC, Rubens Barrichello, and Ivan Montik, before delegates took the wheel for open challenges and networking.
During the prestigious SBC Awards Europe 2025, SOFTSWISS was named Employer of the Year for the second year in a row. This recognition underscores the company’s commitment to building a people-centric corporate culture.
“Lisbon brought together engaging conversations on compliance, data, and growth, and our activities helped turn these discussions into measurable outcomes,” says Olga Resiga, Chief Business Development Officer at SOFTSWISS. “Thanks to our partners, clients, and the SBC team for a week that showed how collaboration drives progress across the board.”
