SiGma Euro-Med 2025, Pulis: ‘Overcoming the Stigma around Gaming’

Eman Pulis, founder of SiGma, emphasizes the importance of global gaming regulation to overcome its stigma.

Malta – “Worldwide regulation is the only way forward. With this mantra, we have worked with the entire B2B sector globally.” With these words, Eman Pulis, founder of SiGma, inaugurates SiGma Euro-Med 2025, the two-day expo and conference held at the Mediterranean Maritime Hub (Mmh) in Malta. While presenting Ivan Filletti, CEO of the GamingMalta Foundation, with a copy of SiGma’s new book Vision 2030 – a roadmap for the company’s transformative ambitions in the coming years, Pulis emphasizes that “the B2B industry is with us” and that SiGma aims to “become not only strong with the business community but also a reliable source for players worldwide. SiGma will continue to work closely with B2B regulators to change the stigma that online gambling has carried for many years – the B2C path towards 2030 is one where we can become a trusted source for all players to converge.”
He adds: “There are millions of players out there looking for honest reviews, bonuses, not just about casinos but also about reputable regulators. Through the SiGma brand, we are providing this opportunity.”
Looking ahead, the launch of SiGma’s new Business-to-Government department will also play a key role – reaching out to every regulator and government entity that hasn’t embraced regulation. Failure to implement this, Pulis warns, will only lead to players taking refuge on sites that don’t have players’ best interests at heart.
SiGma is also focusing on new markets and locations. In November 2025, Rome will host SiGma Central Europe, and December will see SiGma South Asia.

UPCOMING EVENTS – In 2026, SiGma will host summits in eight regionally important cities, with Mexico City and Bangkok making their debut in the events calendar.
In an effort to build meaningful and lasting relationships between state institutions and the global gaming ecosystem, SiGma’s summits will evolve into “diplomatic accelerators” in the coming years, with cities competing to host events. A stronger focus on responsible gaming and deeper collaboration with governments and regulators will be central to future activities. Initiatives such as the iGaming Academy, Ikigai Ventures, and the Regulatory Consulting Program serve to strengthen not only platforms for global dialogue but also to offer tangible support for businesses and governments.
Pulis also highlighted the importance of philanthropic work done by the SiGma Foundation, with projects in Ethiopia, Uganda, Peru, Guatemala, and the Philippines expected to impact over 150,000 lives in the next five years. “Today I measure wealth in positive impact. If I can help lift a million people out of poverty, then I’ve become a true millionaire,” he assures.
