As the Ibero-American regional association of the World Lottery Association (WLA), Cibelae represents government-regulated lotteries in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. <\/p>\n<p>To celebrate the strengthening of the partnership, Liliana Costa and Alessandra Narcisi, senior members of the Clarion Gaming team, participated in the XIX Cibelae Congress, where they organized a dedicated initiative for a Cibelae member, allowing them to win a fully paid VIP trip to attend Ice Barcelona in January. The winner, Alan Marin Roldan, general director of JPS &#8211; Junta de Protecci\u00f3n Social of Costa Rica, received the prize during the Congress&#8217;s official dinner. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Rodrigo Cigliutti, executive director of Cibelae<\/strong>, states: &#8220;At Cibelae we are proud to have hosted what represents a truly important event for the lottery sector, bringing together a large number of regulatory authorities and competent authorities from across Latin America, but also from Europe. The participation of Ice Barcelona and Clarion Gaming, world leaders in our sector, significantly strengthened the event. In collaboration with Ice Barcelona, we were also pleased to offer a participant the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive trip and experience in Barcelona in January, a gesture that reflects the spirit of collaboration we are committed to promoting.
