By making it the core axis of its agenda, <strong>Cgs proposes a tangible shift: moving beyond rhetoric toward measurable, applicable, and long-term models<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement takes place in a context where regulated operators are already facing legal accountability for failing to demonstrate the adoption of effective responsible gaming practices, in accordance with the requirements set forth in <strong>Ordinance 1,231\/24<\/strong>. These rulings reinforce that policy statements alone are insufficient; operators must prove, through records, continuous monitoring, and proportional actions, that responsible gaming is fully embedded in their operations.<\/p>\n<p>Cgs\u2019s vision goes beyond formal compliance, aiming to promote a structural transformation driven by education, technology, impact metrics, and operational best practices\u2014strengthening the industry\u2019s credibility with regulators, operators, and society.
