Marco Castaldo is the CEO of the Microgame group, the leading service provider for online gaming and land-based betting in the Italian regulated market. Marco’s main background is in strategy consulting and merchant banking: as a partner in The Monitor Group, where he managed the Italian and French practices, he advised clients invarious industries over a 15-year span. Marco’s gaming experience includes several years as CEO of one of the original 10 Italian AWP/VLT Licencees. Marco studied Physics at MIT and holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD. Prior to his MBA, Marco worked for Schlumberger, world leader in oilfield services, serving in various nations in Asia and Africa.
